  1. Registration for Fall season: 314 have registered so far.
  2. Treasurer Report: AYSO 1390 acct: $18,486.00. Annual fee to Knox County Parks & Rec of $5000.00 has been paid and cleared the bank. Chris needs to download QuickBooks and get it running.
  3. Section Tournament Recap: Region 1390 14th to June 16th. Section staff seemed pleased with the tournament.
  4. EPIC recap: Had a successful Spring season. Had 10 participants.
  5. Challenger Recap: Rebooking for next season and a possible 3v3 event. It was suggested that Michael McDonnel of Berean Christian could do an evening camp next year.
  6. Fall Season Kickoff: 1st game is Sept 7th and last game is Oct 26th.
  7. Field Maintenance/Needs: In the winter/spring the 19U field next to concession stand and the 12U field (just east of walking track/flag pole had gravel and dirt added to raise the surface and aid in water drainage. Suggestion was made to grade the 10U field behind concession stand but it would take a bulldozer to move the dirt and grade it.
  8. Coaching Update: Only one 8U coach is returning this fall season. Need coaches for other age levels. Chloe will coach one 19U boys.
  9. Referee Update: Nothing submitted.
  10. Building Update: New free standing building has been placed behind the concession stand and will be used for storage and training. Parks & Rec to put in new power/light pole near the building so it will have electrical power.
  11. Park status: A new metal roof pavilion with a concrete floor was installed at the beginning of the spring season. There are not walls. It is immediately behind the concession building close to the bathrooms. It was decided to sell one of the Toro Workman and the trailer (used to carry heavy equipment). Field lights are projected to be placed for the soccer fields by Parks & Rec through Crane Electrical. New AC unit to be placed in this building. One AC unit has disappeared (stolen?). Some of the wooden benches that border walking track that were dilapidated were removed.
  12. Uniforms: Chloe said the uniforms for the region have been received. A disagreement about the price has resulted in this bill not being paid yet (11/7/24).
  13. TSL: TN State League has contacted Chloe about using our fields, especially on Sundays but it was decided that AYSO games would get priority if this is granted.
  14. United: It was voted and passed that if United/Alliance wanted to use our fields when we were not using them, that they could do so. This would be for Fall 2026.
