On-line Registration

Complete the On-line Registration Form and mail 2 signed copies and payment to the address listed below.  Envelopes must be postmarked by February 7, 2010 to receive the lower rate.  Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00.

** Registration will remain open throughout the season.  However, any registrations received after February 7, 2010 may be placed on a waiting list until a full team can be made and a coach obtained.

 

The following chart applies for the next official season, which starts August 1, 2009 and concludes July 31, 2010 and is based on the age groupings in AYSO's Rules and Regulations Section III.  Any player whose birth date falls on or between these dates should be placed in the designated division.
